These Terms apply to PNGPack at pngpack.com and www.pngpack.com. By using the website, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please stop using it. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.
What PNGPack offers
PNGPack provides transparent PNG images, image tools, design articles and links to external mockups or resources. Our public PNG downloads and tools do not require payment or account registration. External providers set their own access conditions.
Using downloaded images
Image permissions are explained in our License Terms and any specific notice on the asset page. Read both before using an image. Downloading a file does not transfer ownership or provide rights that PNGPack does not hold.
Resizing, cropping, editing and combining images are allowed where the applicable license permits them. Restrictions attached to a source license, brand asset or editorial image still apply after editing. If a listing does not make the permission clear, contact us before using it commercially.
Using image tools
Use only files and text that you own or have permission to process. You remain responsible for the content you select and how you use the result. Using a tool does not give PNGPack ownership of your work or give you additional rights in someone else's material.
Keep your original files. Results can vary with image quality, settings and browser support. Check output before publishing or delivering it. Test downloaded QR codes before printing or distributing them.
Acceptable use
Please do not:
- Use the website or its tools to infringe copyright, misuse a trademark, invade privacy or create unlawful or deceptive material.
- Resell, rehost or redistribute assets in a way prohibited by their applicable license.
- Copy the website or bulk-download its collection through unauthorised scraping, or bypass access limits. Ordinary search engine indexing is permitted subject to our published crawler instructions.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious code or disrupt the website.
- Submit false complaints, impersonate another person or send abusive or misleading messages.
You may link to our public pages. Download permitted assets and host them in your own project rather than relying on direct hotlinks to our file storage.
Website content and third-party rights
Rights in the website's own text, layout, branding and other protected material remain with their owners. An image license does not grant permission to reproduce the entire website or use the PNGPack name as your own brand.
Third-party logos, characters, photographs, mockups and other protected material remain subject to their owners' rights. A credit, source link or free download does not, by itself, establish permission for every use.
External resources and advertising
A mockup listing may send you to its creator or another source website. That provider controls its file, license, terms and privacy practices. Check the source before downloading or relying on the resource. A link does not mean that PNGPack owns the resource or endorses everything on the linked site.
We may show advertisements, including Google ads when enabled. An advertisement is not a PNGPack recommendation or a condition of downloading an image. Any purchase or interaction with an advertiser is between you and that advertiser.
Availability and disclaimers
We provide the website, tools and downloads as available. We cannot promise uninterrupted access, error-free information or a result that meets every requirement. Listings and files may be corrected, updated or removed.
We do not provide legal clearance for every possible use of an asset. Review permissions for the project you have in mind, particularly where an image includes a brand, recognisable person or protected artwork. Design articles provide general information and are not legal advice.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, PNGPack is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost business opportunities or loss of data arising from use of the website. Nothing in these Terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits any mandatory consumer or other statutory rights.
Copyright concerns and privacy
To report disputed content, follow our Copyright Policy or DMCA and Takedown Policy. We may restrict access to a file while a concern is reviewed.
Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain information handling. Agreement to these Terms does not replace any consent separately required for cookies or personal data processing.
Changes and access restrictions
We may update these Terms as the website changes and will revise the date on this page. Updates apply prospectively. A later change does not remove a permission already validly granted under an earlier asset license, subject to that license's conditions and any third-party rights.
We may restrict access where necessary to address misuse, security risks or legal requirements. If one part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply to the extent allowed by law.
Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory protections that apply where you live. Disputes are subject to the courts with jurisdiction under applicable law.
