PNGPack helps people find transparent PNG images, use image tools and discover design resources. This policy explains how information is handled when you visit pngpack.com, use its features or contact us. It also covers www.pngpack.com.
Contact for privacy requests
For privacy questions or requests, email pngpack.com@gmail.com with the subject “Privacy Request”.
Information you choose to share
You can browse PNG images and use our public tools without creating an account. If you use our contact form, we receive your name, email address, message and any phone number you choose to include. We also receive information you send directly by email. Please include only what we need to answer your question. Do not send passwords, payment details or identity documents with a routine enquiry.
Copyright complaints may include a claimant's contact details, signature, evidence of rights and the pages being reported. We use this information to investigate the complaint and handle related correspondence.
Information associated with a visit
Loading a page or downloading a file sends technical information to the systems that deliver it. This can include your IP address, browser and device details, requested page or file, referring page, request time and error information. We and our service providers may keep access or security logs to operate the website, investigate faults and prevent misuse.
Cookies, browser storage and advertising technologies can collect additional information when they are enabled. A cookie or device identifier can be personal data even when it does not include your name. Our Cookie Policy explains these technologies and available choices.
Files and text used in image tools
Tools marked “Browser only” process selected images and entered text on your device. These local tools do not send your selected image files to PNGPack for processing or add them to our public image collection. You retain your rights in the material you use.
A tool may download fonts, icons, software libraries or an image-processing model to work in your browser. The provider delivering those resources can receive normal request information, such as your IP address and browser details. Local file processing does not make those website requests anonymous.
Downloaded results remain on your device until you remove them. If you follow a link to another provider's tool or download page, that provider handles your visit under its own privacy policy.
How we use information
We use information to deliver pages and files, answer enquiries, resolve download problems, review copyright reports and protect the website against abuse. Technical usage information can also help us understand which features need improvement.
If we enable an analytics service, its use and any optional cookies will be subject to the notices and choices required for that service. Sending a support message does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Advertising and Google
PNGPack may display advertising, including Google AdSense when it is enabled. Third-party advertising vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on your earlier visits to PNGPack or other websites. Google's advertising cookies allow Google and its partners to personalise ads using visits to this site and other sites, subject to your settings and any consent required by law.
Advertising providers may also use web beacons, local storage, IP addresses and device or browser identifiers to deliver ads, measure their performance, limit repetition and detect fraud. Turning off personalised advertising does not necessarily stop all cookies or advertising-related processing.
You can manage Google's personalised advertising through Google Ads Settings. Read how Google uses information from sites and apps and the Google Privacy Policy. Where a consent message is displayed, use its controls to make or revisit the choices it covers. You can also explore participating advertising companies' options at YourAdChoices. Those options may apply only to the browser or device on which you set them.
Cookies and consent
Where consent is required, optional storage and related processing must wait for your choice. Simply visiting PNGPack or reading this policy does not provide that consent. If a privacy message is available, use its settings or withdrawal controls to change an earlier choice. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser. Some essential functions may work differently when storage is blocked. More details are in our Cookie Policy.
When information is shared
Information may be handled by providers that help us host the website, deliver files, manage email, maintain security or provide an enabled advertising or analytics service. They receive information needed for their role. Some providers, including advertising companies, also process information under their own privacy policies.
We may disclose relevant information to comply with a legal obligation, respond to a valid legal request or investigate misuse. Details in a copyright complaint may be shared with the person whose content is disputed when needed to review or respond to that complaint.
Retention and security
We keep enquiry and complaint records for as long as they are reasonably needed to resolve the matter, maintain necessary records or meet legal obligations. Technical records are retained according to their operational or security purpose. We delete or de-identify information once it is no longer needed, unless further retention is legally required. Our providers may have their own retention periods.
We use reasonable safeguards for information we handle. No website, email system or storage service can promise complete security.
Visitors in different countries
Service providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Where applicable law requires safeguards for such transfers, we must use an appropriate transfer arrangement. Contact us if you need details about a transfer affecting your information.
Where a legal basis is required, processing may depend on providing a service you requested, our legitimate interests in running and securing the website, a legal obligation or your consent. The basis depends on the purpose and the law that applies.
Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, obtain a copy of or delete personal information, restrict or object to certain processing, and withdraw consent. You may also have a right to complain to a data protection authority. Withdrawal does not change the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.
Send requests to pngpack.com@gmail.com. Tell us which information or interaction your request concerns. We may need proportionate verification before sharing or changing records, and will respond within any period required by applicable law.
Children
PNGPack is a general design resource. Our contact features are not intended to collect personal information from children. A parent or guardian who believes a child has shared personal information with us can contact pngpack.com@gmail.com so we can review it and arrange removal where appropriate. Where law requires parental consent for processing a child's information, that consent must be obtained before the processing takes place.
External websites and updates
Mockup source links, social media links and advertisements may take you to other websites. Their operators control what happens on those websites, so review their policies before sharing information there. We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date above. If a change needs a fresh notice or consent, we will provide it as required. Questions about this policy can be sent to pngpack.com@gmail.com.
