Local image processing is separate from advertising cookies. Delivering a browser tool can still involve website requests, caching or storage.
Google advertising
When Google ads are enabled, Google and other vendors may use cookies to serve ads based on earlier visits to PNGPack or other sites. Google's advertising cookies can help Google and its partners personalise ads, subject to your settings and required consent. Non-personalised ads can still involve processing or storage for measurement and fraud prevention.

Making and changing a choice
Where a consent message is displayed, its controls let you accept, reject or choose optional purposes and providers. Use its privacy settings or withdrawal control to revisit a choice. Visiting the website alone does not provide consent where consent is required.
Your browser lets you view, block or delete site data. Deleting it may clear a saved privacy choice. Choices may not carry over to another browser or device. Blocking storage may affect requested functions.
Providers and storage periods
An available advertising consent interface lists the providers and purposes it covers and their available storage information. Session records normally end with the session; persistent records last until expiry or deletion. Your browser's site-data view also helps you check stored records.
